(a) With reference to Question on Notice 285, concerning corporate executive, planning and management meetings, I wish to advise that all communication between my Chief of Staff, Policy Officers and Ministerial Officers and agencies in my portfolios is in accordance with the communication protocols which have been established, as required by the Public Sector Management Act, section 74.
