I refer to the approval granted by the Minister for Housing
last week for 10 multiple dwellings on lots 16, 17 and 18 East Street, Mt Hawthorn.
(1) Can the
minister guarantee that this development is in strict accordance with the
applicable local planning scheme as required under the instrument of
delegation?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
