INDIAN OCEAN DRIVE
I refer to Indian Ocean Drive. (1) Given the $2 billion difference between government revenue and government spending this year, and the anticipated surplus next year, will the Treasurer assure the house that the upcoming budget will provide for the commencement of the sealed extension of Indian Ocean Drive north of Lancelin to Cervantes? (2) If not provided for in 2006-07, will this vital road at least be mentioned in the forward estimates? Several members interjected. The PRESIDENT : Order! Members, thank you for your speeches. I call the minister. Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
