(1) 4 400. (2) The Department of Health has issued a clinical services consultation paper for 2005 and is seeking public comment by 21 June 2005. A final decision on services at the hospital will be made at the end of the clinical services framework consultation period. (3) Existing services at Bentley Hospital will be maintained until after the consultation period. Should services be reconfigured, other appropriate facilities will be made available. The PRESIDENT : I give Hon Giz Watson the call for the next question. Point of Order Hon BARRY HOUSE : It is standard procedure that the three members of the opposition front bench are allocated questions first. Is this a new ruling or a departure from the previous convention? The PRESIDENT : It is not a ruling. I thank Hon Barry House for pointing that out to me. Regrettably, I gave the call to Hon Giz Watson when I did. However, I should point out that Hon Barry House came into the chamber a little late for reasons that are not his fault. Hon Barry House : I have been here for three hours. The PRESIDENT : Yes. Unfortunately, the member had to leave because of parliamentary business. I now give him the call.
