(a) what recorded music or radio station is broadcast on office on-hold telephony systems;
(b) what fees are paid to the Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA), artists directly or any copyright bodies; and
(c) who is the responsible officer for deciding selection of on-hold material?

(a) Vivaldi Famous Concerti, Capella Istropolitana & Jaroslav Krecek. 1989 Recording.
(b) There is no record of any fees having been paid.
(c) The Coordinator Technology Services.
METROPOLITAN CEMETERIES BOARD
(a) The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB) does not play either recorded music or a radio station
through its on-hold telephony system. The on-hold system features a number of spoken messages that
provide information regarding the Boards products and services.
(b) The Board pays an annual fee of approximately $600.00 which covers the associated
copyright related costs of playing recorded music throughout the Board's various chapels during
funeral services.
(c) On-hold telephony material is scripted and determined by the Board's Marketing Manager.
HERITAGE COUNCIL OF WA
(a) Nil.
(b) Not applicable.
