parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to question without notice 1140 in which I asked —
(1) Who in the
Department of Transport originally prepared an answer to question without
notice 323?
The minister answered —
(1) The answer
was prepared in the office of the Minister for Transport in consultation with
the department.
I refer to the parliamentary secretary's answer to
question without notice 1194 in which I asked —
(1) Who in the
office of the transport minister prepared the answer for the parliamentary
secretary to provide to the Parliament?
The answer was ''not applicable''. Can the
minister advise which answer is correct?
