(1) Consistent with its corporate policy, Western Power provided staff functions to its workforce of 3,147 people.
The following is a breakdown of the cost of Christmas functions per division.
· Distribution - $75,348
· Transmission - $32,609
· Customer service - $16,700
· Other Operations - $12,998
· Finance - $7,226
· Enterprise Solutions Partner - $6,966
· Regulation & Sustainability - $3,085
· Corporate Services - $25,467
· Networks - $22,990
· Legal & Governance - $840
· System Management - $14,366
(2) Yes, but Western Power did not pay for or subsidise the cost.
