On the basis that the Hon Member is referring to the Form 27 production returns for Mining Lease 77/112 identified by the Member in Parliamentary Question No. 1119 dated 13 March 2002 and No. 1152 dated 19 March 2002, the following answer is provided:- The Minister for State Development was advised that an internal inquiry undertaken by the Department found no evidence that the Form 27 returns lodged by the lessees for the period April 1993 to January 1994 were forgeries.
