(1) How much of the Bassendean Central and South vegetation complex, remains on the Swan Coastal Plain part of Perth Metropolitan Region (please include in answer total hectares of remaining vegetation; and percentage of original, pre-settlement, vegetation complex remaining)?
(2) How much of the Bassendean Central and South vegetation complex, is in recognised Bush Forever sites (please include in answer total hectares in Bush Forever sites; and percentage of original, pre-settlement, vegetation complex held in Bush Forever sites)?

(1) There is approximately 10,919 hectares of Bassendean Central and South Vegetation Complex remaining on the Swan Coastal Plain portion of the Perth Metropolitan Region.
The original extent of Bassendean Central and South Vegetation Complex covered around 46,220 hectares. As such, there is approximately 24per cent of this vegetation complex remaining on the Swan Coastal Plain portion of the Perth Metropolitan Region.
(2) Approximately 6,085 hectares of the vegetation complex Bassendean Central and South is within Bush Forever. This accounts for 13per cent of the original extent of Bassendean Central and South vegetation complex found on the Swan Coastal Plain portion of the Perth Metropolitan Region.
