In response to an answer provided to Question on Notice No. 1828 during 2009 in the Legislative Assembly:
(a) did the Minister state that Eventscorp was offered 68 free tickets to the One Movement Festival;
(b) did the Minister state that Eventscorp had advised that it had no facility in place to enable it to ascertain how many tickets were utilized;
(c) does the Minister continue to maintain that she was unaware that Eventscorp employee Saskia Doherty received a free trip to London from a funding recipient while she was an Eventscorp employee until the Minister received a report from the Public Sector Commissioner 13 months after the event; and
(d) what changes has the Minister made to ensure that Eventscorp now has a facility to ascertain who is getting freebies, be they free tickets to concerts or free tickets to London?

(c) I was first advised on 21 December 2009.
(d) None. Eventscorp has always recorded the names of individuals and organisations that receive corporate hospitality and event tickets.
