Department of Transport advises:
(1) The need for a direct and efficient bus link between the Precinct and Canning Bridge station that is separate from the congested traffic environment on Manning Road.
(2) This is the same transit corridor as referred to in part (1).
(3) The provision of public transport reduces the number of cars on the network which reduces conflict.
