Environmental Protection (Unauthorised Discharges) Regulations 2004
, and ask -
(1) Are these regulations still operable given that the Australian Standards (AS 3543-1989) that the regulations refer to have been withdrawn?
(2) How many licences or regulations are affected by the withdrawal of the relevant Australian Standards?
(3) Will the Minister list all licences or regulations affected by the withdrawal by the relevant Australian Standards?
(4) Does the withdrawal of the relevant Australian Standards in the
Environmental Protection (Unauthorised Discharges) Regulations 2004
, mean that non compliance with these regulations is not legally enforceable?
