The MarineCam project was not funded by allocations from the Busselton Environmental Improvement Initiative (EII) trust account. It was funded separately through the Water Corporation's Environment and Corporate Affairs budgets. a) Funds from the Busselton EII program are only available to projects which will help reduce nutrient discharges in the following catchments near Busselton – the Ludlow, Sabina, Abba, Vasse, Buayanyup and Carbanup catchments. (b) Funds have been spent in the catchments listed above. (c) The Water Corporation, through a Busselton Local Advisory Group and State Steering Committee, administer the funds. The EII program has a full time co-ordinator based in Busselton.
