I refer to the Department for Indigenous Affairs Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for 2010 to 2012, and ask:
(a) what is the total membership of the RAP working group and how many are Aboriginal people;
(b) how many times has the RAP working group met in 2010, 2011 and in 2012;
(c) how many community education sessions have been held in regional Western Australia in relation to the ALT estate in 2010, 2011 and 2012;
(d) how much funding has been provided for the Aboriginal Community Patrol service in 2010, 2011 and 2012, and how much was actually spent in each year;
(e) how many Government Department or Agency RAPs were established in 2010, 2011 and 2012, and which Department or Agencies established RAPs in each year;
(f) how many road shows/information sessions to provide Aboriginal clients with genealogical information and advice that will allow individuals to identify their family links and cultural connections to land, to learn about their past and provide the opportunity to engage in their community were held in 2010, 2011 and in 2012, and how many of these road shows/information sessions were held in regional Western Australia; and
(i) in respect of (f), how many newsletters have been distributed in 2010, 2011 and in 2012; and
(g) how many sessions of cultural awareness training were provided in 2010, 2011 and 2012;
(h) how many external Government Agencies used the Department's cultural awareness training in 2010, 2011 and in 2012;
(i) what is the total percentage of staff to have participated in cultural awareness training in 2010, 2011 and in 2012;
(j) how many grants were allocated under the Aboriginal Language Preservation Small Grants Program in 2010, 2011 and in 2012, and will the Minister list the recipient of each grant in each year and the total amount of each grant;
(k) how many Partnership Acceptance Learning Sharing (PALS) Ambassadors were appointed in 2010, 2011 and in 2012;
(l) how many PALS projects have been supported in 2010, 2011 and in 2012;
(m) how many applicants received funds under the reconciliation grants/sponsorship programs in 2010, 2011 and in 2012, and will the Minister list the recipient of each grant in each year and the total amount of each grant;
(n) how many meetings of the Roebourne and Carnarvon Congresses were facilitated by the Department in 2010, 2011 and in 2012;
(o) what is the total percentage of Aboriginal staff (and total FTE) at every level within the Department;
(p) how many Local Implementation Plans were developed in 2010, 2011 and 2012, and in which locations was each Local Implementation Plan developed;
(q) what has been done to maximise Indigenous employment outcomes through the Western Australian Government Procurement processes;
(r) has an Indigenous Employment and Career Development Strategy been developed in conjunction with the Public Sector Commission;
(s) in respect of the Pilbara Futures Forum, how many times has the working group met to explore the next steps of the process in 2011 and 2012, and who are the members of the working group;
(t) what is the status of the establishment of a governance model that can be applied across the State to meet the interests of the Aboriginal community, industry and the State in the effective management of Native Title Trusts, and what is the date by which such a governance model will be implemented?
