2. Formal level of assessment under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. 3 & 4. Yes, when the EPA reports to me. 5 & 6. The EPA has received copies of all submissions made on the draft Forest Management Plan. As part of the EPA assessment process, the Conservation Commission will prepare a response to submissions and this will be published with the EPA report to myself, in accordance with normal procedures.
