It should be noted that the costs for the AvonLink and MerredinLink services are combined for questions 1 to 3 parts (c) and (d) as the railcars are shared amongst these two rail services.

(a) Prospector: $207.80 and $158.64.
(b) Australind: $90.46 and $70.34.
(c)-(d) AvonLink and MerredinLink: $151.56 and $137.99.
