I refer to the Hopman Cup event and I ask, for each year from 2009 to 2019, what was: (a) the total tournament attendance; (b) the tournament's highest doubles final attendance, including the names of players and the attendance figure; and (c) the tournament's highest singles final attendance, including the names of players and the attendance figure?
