(1-2) The Staff Exit Survey and First Year Graduate Survey include some questions concerning stress, workload or burnout.
(3) Staff Exit Survey – 109 teachers stated that they resigned due to the emotional demands of the role, the position affecting wellbeing, and/or workload.
First Year Graduate Survey – Of graduates asked to nominate areas requiring support from a list of topics, 170 graduates identified ‘managing your workload’ (34% of respondents), while 85 graduates identified ‘health and wellbeing (17% of respondents).
