I have not got the letter before me, but I referred to areas that are zoned as solely residential. It is not our intention that brothels will be - Mr R.F. Johnson : You said they would be prohibited. Ms A.J.G. MacTIERNAN : I have made it quite clear and we have made it clear in the legislation. When the legislation was introduced, we said quite clearly that planning laws would be put in place around these establishments. I say in that letter that we are in the process of developing those planning laws. When those planning laws are finalised, they will be made available. Several members interjected.
