Health:
I refer to plans by St John of God
Health Care to build a new day-hospital campus in Vasse on a site more than
eight kilometres away from the existing Busselton Health Campus.
(1) Did St John
of God Health Care liaise with the Department of Health in choosing the site
for the new hospital campus?
(2) Did the
government suggest or offer the possibility of co-location for the new hospital
on or nearer to the grounds of the existing Busselton Health Campus to realise
possible operational efficiencies?
(3) If no to (2), why not?
