representing the Attorney General:
I refer the Attorney General to the
harm minimisation strategies, priority substances, and priority populations
outlined in the Australian government's National drug strategy 2017–2026 .
(1) How many Western
Australians are currently incarcerated for cannabis crimes?
(2) How many Western
Australians currently incarcerated for cannabis-related crimes are associated
with quantities pertaining to personal use compared with trafficable offenses?
