She has 19 years experience working in environmental management and environmental protection within Western Australia. This includes three years of direct experience in the investigation and management of appeals pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act. (5) The appeals committee was appointed by the Premier in his capacity as the delegated minister with the ability to exercise power under the provisions of the Environmental Protection Act in relation to the proposal by Coral Coast Marina Development Pty Ltd.
