I refer to dot point 4 under major initiatives for 2000-01, creation and commencement of management (including management planning) of the 12 national parks as committed under the RFA, on page 260 of the 2000-01 budget papers and ask - (a) what is the expected cost of - (i) creating; and (ii) managing, each of the 12 new national parks; (b) what is the per hectare cost of (i) creating; and (ii) managing, these 12 new parks; (c) how much additional funding has been allocated in the 2000-01 Budget for these new parks; and (d) where is this additional funding shown in the Budget papers?
