(1) What legislation regulates this practice in Western Australia?
(2) Which agencies hold responsibilities for the conduct of aerial sprayers?
(3) Who would the Minister advise complaints be made to in the event of clearly unsafe spraying practices?
(4) Does an industry code of conduct or similar document exist with regards aerial spraying?
(5) If yes to (4), is this code binding or voluntary?
(6) If yes to (4), will the Minister table a copy?
