In relation to the 9 December 2009 Key Date entry referred to in the report by the Public Sector Commissioner on 18 January 2010 regarding the conflict of interest at Tourism Western Australia with the One Movement funding, I ask:
(a) was Saskia Doherty consulted on, or did she have any input into, the briefing note for the Minister on her employment details; and
(b) if so, can the Minister detail that input?
