I refer to the Get Onboard and Lead (GOAL) program established by the Liberal-National Government in 2016 and I ask: (a) Does the GOAL advisory group still exist and how often does it meet; (b) If yes to (a), who are the current advisory group members; (c) Which Minister(s) does the advisory group report to; (d) What work has the GOAL advisory group done in response to the National Sport and Recreation Ministers' December 2018 agreement of a target of 50 percent women in leadership position; (e) What is the anticipated time frame for release of a strategy to assist the WA sport and recreation industry meet the new target; (f) Has the Department or the Minister set any specific Key Performance Indicators to measure the success of the GOAL program; (g) If yes to (f) please provide a breakdown of KPI's measured across the program; (h) Have any specific agreements been put in place between the Department and State Sporting Associations (SSA's) to achieve the new 50 percent target; and (i) If yes to (h), please table the agreements?
