With reference to the City of Albany and Water Corporation joint liquid waste facility, I ask:
(a) what is the total capital cost for the joint liquid waste facility;
(b) what is the total amount received by the Water Corporation from the City of Albany for management fees from 5 January 2003 to 30 June 2011;
(c) what is the total amount that the Water Corporation has received from the City of Albany for operating costs of the joint venture facility from 5 January 2003 to 30 June 2011;
(d) what is the total amount paid by the Water Corporation to the City of Albany for the disposal of liquid waste at the joint venture facility for the following financial years ending:
(i) June 2003;
(ii) June 2004;
(iii) June 2005;
(iv) June 2006;
(v) June 2007;
(vi) June 2008;
(vii) June 2009;
(viii) June 2010; and
(ix) June 2011;
(e) what is the disposal fee charged for liquid waste contractors to use the facility;
(f) have these fees been increased since 2005; and
(i) if so, by how much; and
(g) has the Water Corporation, as managers of the facility, complied with all of its obligations as outlined in the joint venture liquid waste agreement with the City of Albany?

(b-c) This information is commercial in confidence.
(d) No payments were made by the Water Corporation directly to the City of Albany for liquid waste disposal at the Joint Venture facility. However, payments were made by the Corporation to the Joint Venture and the amounts of these payments are commercial in confidence.
(i-ix) This information is commercial in confidence.
(e) This facility is currently leased and operated by a private company.
(f) Yes.
(i)  $4.20 per kilolitre increase until 30 June 2011. Not known after this, as the facility is currently leased and operated by a private company.
(g) Yes.
