901. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the statutory review
undertaken by Hon Peter Martino in May 2019 into the Criminal Investigation
(Covert Powers) Act 2012.
(1) W ill the minister table the most recent briefing
note or similar document he has received arising from that review ?
(2) If no, will
the minister table a notice under section 82 of the Financial Management Act
2006?
