CLACKLINE BYPASS
I have a supplementary question. Would it expedite the process if I immediately started talking to the federal government about the project? Ms A.J.G. MacTIERNAN

Certainly any representations the member made would be welcome, but that would not stop us going through this process because even the federal government would need to have some probity about that. By all means, if the member wants to start a dialogue with Minister Vaile, we would be quite enthusiastic about that while we go on and do the other work that needs to be done before the contract can be allocated.
