In relation to Department of Culture and the Arts support which has helped produce much literary talent in Western Australia through support of journals such as Indigo Journal, I ask:
(a) why has Indigo Journal been unsuccessful in obtaining government funding in order to continue;
(b) what recurrent funding source is there to which literary vehicles, such as Indigo Journal, can apply;
(c) if there is no such source, will the Minister endeavor to provide a recurrent funding source; and
(d) please list all Western Australian literary journals and publishing supported since the election of the Barnett Government.
