(1) Yes, please find attached a copy of the Public Transport Authority's code of conduct [see tabled paper no ].
(2) Not applicable.
(3) Yes. One attendance at a football match with lunch; one bottle of wine and a book; and five food hampers.
(4) Not applicable.
Main Roads
(1). Yes. Main Roads Western Australia - Code of Conduct and Guidelines.
(2). Not applicable.
(3). There have been no gifts, benefits or hospitality provided to Main Roads Corporate Executive members other than the following -
Menno Henneveld and Des Snook - attendance at some appropriate functions where a meal has been provided by stakeholders, including Local Government Mayoral functions.
(4). Not applicable.

(1) The Department of Transport currently uses the former Department of Planning and Infrastructure's code of conduct while its own is being developed. A copy of the Department of Planning and Infrastructure's code of conduct is provided.
