I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2 at page 538 "Spending Changes", line item "State wide Specialist Aboriginal Mental Health Service", and ask: (a) how much of this funding will be spent in the South West electoral region; (b) which agency or organisation will be providing the service; (c) where in the South West region will the service be provided; (d) how much funding was allocated in 2012-13 for this service; and (e) if this information is not currently available, when will it be available?
