I refer to Perth
Zoo's black cockatoo project.
(1) How many Carnaby's black-cockatoos have been
presented to Perth Zoo for veterinary care since 16 October 2024 and, of the
admissions for (1), how many were the result of emaciation or raven attacks?
(2) How many of the Carnaby's black-cockatoos
presented to Perth Zoo for (1) are still alive?
(3) How many dead black-cockatoos have been
reported to the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions via
the public or by Main Roads WA and, if available, could the minister please
table the information on where and when these deaths occurred?
