Does the reference to an ‘additional $18 million funding’ mean budget funding in addition to the Government’s current $35 million contribution to FESA?

The $18 million is in addition to the $8.5 million in ESL the Government will contribute for its own property, $1 million for Volunteer Marine Rescue Services, $5.4 million in seniors’ and pensioners’ concessions and $2.1 million in assistance to Homeswest where the ESL cannot be passed on to tenants with income-linked rental arrangements.
