WA Sports Centre Trust

The WA Sports Centre Trust currently manages four sport and recreation venues on behalf of the State namely Challenge Stadium, Arena Joondalup, SpeedDome and Kwinana Motorplex.
The buildings at each venue incorporate facilities for sport and recreation and office space for Trust staff.
Each venue has different land tenure as follows:
Challenge Stadium - land is leased from UWA for a peppercom lease fee;
Arena Joondalup - land and buildings owned by WA Sports Centre Trust;
SpeedDome - land is vested in the WA Sports Centre Trust and the Trust owns the buildings;
Kwinana Motorplex - land is vested in the WA Sports Centre Trust and the Trust owns the buildings.
