(a-h) Approximately $7.6 million was spent to create 78 lots, with capacity for up to 80 dwellings, dependent on built form.
All lots have been sold.
Purchasers set construction timeframes, built form design and occupation in line with development conditions.
All public open space within the estate is complete. No commercial amenities were included in the planning framework for the estate.
