I refer to the Allure residential redevelopment at the former Kinlock Primary School project listed on the DevelopmentWA website and I ask: (a) How many dwellings will be delivered as part of this project; (b) How many dwellings have been completed to date: (i) How many of these dwellings are now occupied; (c) how many dwellings remain under construction: (i) When will these dwellings be completed; (d) how many dwellings have not yet commenced: (i) When will construction commence for each of these dwellings; (e) of the intended dwellings, how many will be private, social, and affordable tenures; (f) what is the forecast completion date for all dwellings to be delivered; (g) what plans are there to develop associated community and commercial facilities to support the redevelopment: (i) what stage are these facilities at; (h) what is the total cost of the project to date; and (i) what is the anticipated total final cost of the project?
