The Department of Education and Training has an air cooling policy that ensures that many schools around the state are air conditioned. Many schools around the state are air conditioned, based upon what is known as—as I recall—the relative strain index. That index works out the heat, and the length of time that heat is in place in those particular schools. If I can say this, schools located outside the air cooling zone may use their minor works funds, or other sources of funds, to progressively undertake this type of work.
