(a)  Community infrastructure such as redeveloping the existing oval and installing lighting, constructing a second new oval with lighting, constructing a running track around oval two, outdoor multi-purpose courts, BBQ and dog exercise area.
(b) The State Government funding commitment was based on proposed commitments to each of these aspects of the project.
A financial assistance agreement between the State and Town of Victoria Park is currently being finalised at which the actual allocation for each component will be confirmed.
