I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following information has been provided by the
Minister for Police.
(1) The McGowan Labor government has increased the
number of psychologists by 73 per cent, compared with the Barnett Liberal–National government in
2016, with all being full time, unlike the part-time arrangements that
were in place under the previous government.
(2)–(4) As
this question requires extraction to be undertaken that will remove staff from
operational priorities, the Western Australia Police Force advises that it is
not possible to provide an answer within the required time frame. It is
requested that the honourable member place the question on notice.
