(1) During 2006-2007 to date, on how many occasions has the Treasurer used his power to transfer excess amounts from special purpose accounts to the Consolidated Account?
(2) During 2006-2007 to date, what is the total value of all funds transferred from special purpose accounts to the Consolidated Account under the powers of clause 20?
(3) From which accounts and respective agencies or departments were these funds withdrawn, and -
(a) what was the value of funds transferred;
(b) when did the transfer occur;
(c) what reasoning was used to determine that the amount was more than what was ‘reasonably required for the purposes of that account’?
