I refer the minister to the industrial dispute at Woodside’s Angel project. (1) Is the project located in state or commonwealth waters? (2) If the project is located in state waters, was the government notified of any safety concerns by any employee or union before the walk-off by employees? (3) Have the employees’ actions broken any state laws; and, if so, what action has the government taken against them? Hon JON FORD
