I thank the member for some notice of this question. I was a little confused with this question. It is answered on the basis of the Moora floods. If the Leader of the Opposition is referring to the entire funding, he must come back to me. The total cost of flood damage to the road network arising from cyclones Elaine and Vance in March 1999, and the May 1999 flooding that affected Moora was $13.7m. Of this cost, $11.5m was provided by the State and the remainder was local government moneys. Because of the severity of the damage, and the abnormally high rainfall that has occurred since these events, some of the works which have been included in the above costs are still to be physically completed.
