(1) The estimated yields are:
Approximately 3950 tonnes of Jarrah 1st Grade Sawlogs
Approximately 700 tonnes of Jarrah 2nd Grade Sawlogs
Other products will be produced from the coupe but no yield estimates are available. They are therefore not included in the revenue estimates but will contribute to total revenue.
(2) Gross stumpage is a term used to describe the price of the log including a combination of Royalty, In-forest, Administration and Roading charges. The net stumpage is price of the log which provides for the forest management costs and profit component only.
On this basis the total "net stumpage" would equate to $212 028.
Net stumpage and associated charges will also be generated from other products as they are produced.
(3) The additional revenues are derived from the log customers to cover actual costs of harvesting and delivery.
