(1) The first parcel of land will be released to the private sector in the first quarter of 2010. Titles for stage 1 are anticipated in August 2010.
(2) The two parcels are zoned R50 and R80 respectively and have the potential to yield up to 130 housing units.
(3) The development is located on the corner of Colebatch Way, Murdoch Drive and Collier Drive intersection in South Hedland.
