I recently asked a question about an incident of antisocial behaviour that allegedly occurred at Broometime Lodge, located at lot 61, 52 Forest Street, Broome, on the evening of 8 November 2003. I was advised that the Department of Housing and Works had sought an urgent response to this incident, that a report on the matter would soon be at hand and that I would be advised accordingly. (1) Would the minister please advise whether he is in receipt of a report regarding this incident? (2) If so, could I be advised when I will receive a copy of the report? (3) If not, will the minister give an undertaking to ensure that a report is produced as soon as possible and before another incident of this nature occurs? Hon NICK GRIFFITHS
