271. Hon Dr Brad Pettitt to the parliamentary
secretary representing the Minister for Planning and Lands:
I refer to the urban
growth monitor, which is prepared on an annual basis by the Department of
Planning, Lands and Heritage for the Western Australian Planning Commission to
fulfil its requirements for tracking and modelling land supply for Perth
metropolitan, Peel and greater Bunbury regions as outlined in the Planning and Development Act 2005 . The most
recent Urban growth monitor: Perth metropolitan,
Peel and greater Bunbury regions: 15 was published over 16 months ago in
January 2024.

(2) When will urban growth monitor 16 be published
and available to the public?
