Hansard
(page 270 August 20 2002) in which the Minister for Housing and Works stated in relation to Native Title, ‘When this Government was elected it inherited more litigation from the previous Government than had any other Government in the history of this State,’ and ask -
Does the Deputy Premier agree with this assertion and if so, will he provide details of the litigation?
