(4) The total amount expected to be spent on the lease of motor vehicles in the Minister’s office for 2004-2005?

(1) 5 (including the Minister) as at 30 June 2005. (2) Hon Fran Logan MLA, Mr Malcolm Bradshaw, Mr Kent Acott, Mr John Thompson and a pool car. (A vehicle is allocated to myself, as Parliamentary Secretary, supporting three Ministers - the Deputy Premier; Treasurer; Minister for Government Enterprises; Minister Assisting the Minister for Public Sector Management, the Minister for Community Development; Culture and the Arts; Women's Interests, and the Minister for Housing and Works; Heritage; Minister Assisting the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, but is not recorded against this office). (3) The Minister and my vehicles are allocated by way of entitlement and vehicles are allocated to Messrs Bradshaw, Acott and Thompson in accordance with the Government Vehicle Scheme. The remaining vehicle is garaged overnight at London House unless required by an officer. (4) Actual expenditure for 2004/05 was $6,460.84, including 1/3 rd of the cost of my vehicle as Parliamentary Secretary, but excluding the expense for Mr Thompson's vehicle which is incurred by the Department of Housing and Works.
