(1) Has the Premier or his ministers met with Mr James Packer, Burswood International Resort Casino chairman, seeking the continued operation of the Burswood Dome until the proposed new multipurpose stadium is completed? (2) What is the nature of the obligation, if any, under the 1985 Casino (Burswood Island) Agreement Act for Burswood to continue to operate the Burswood Dome? (3) What are the consequences to Burswood of breaching the obligation specified in the 1985 casino agreement act? (4) Does the government intend to give Burswood an exemption from the Environmental Protection Act when residents move into The Peninsula apartments?
