I refer to the Mirrabooka Atlas Landfill site and the associated toxic groundwater plume, and I ask —
(1) Did Atlas install the monitoring bores as required by the Department of Water?
(2) If yes to (1) —
(a) when were those bores installed; and
(b) are monitoring results from those bores being reported as required by the Department of Water?
(3) If no to (1) —
(a) has the Department of Water issued a fine to Atlas and what was the value of that fine; and
(b) have the required monitoring bores been installed, and if so, when were they installed?
